Highmark Construction Inc. is a company known for design/build construction projects with aggressive schedules. We focus on client satisfaction, building efficiencies, and quality projects. Since 2001, Highmark Construction has managed a wide variety of challenging and innovative development and construction projects, including a complete renovation of a 33,000 square foot office building in downtown Logan Utah, Legacy Village apartments (phase 2 consisting of 54 units built in less than 5 months) and Kay's Crossing in downtown Layton Utah. Started in April of 2013 and completed in 14 months, Kay's Crossing is the first TOD (transit oriented development) on the FrontRunner Track in Utah with 156 luxury apartments, podium style parking garage, and many other specialty amenities. Currently we have over 1300 units in our portfolio, with may more on the way!
