Higher ATS Information

We're building a recruiting tool that does things a little differently... Higher allows companies to automate their candidate shortlist and turn a long list of applications into a shortlist of quality candidates. Our long term goal is to create a talent ranking system that's human-centric, altruistic and powered by an ergonomic incentive network. We're accomplishing this vision by importing several key concepts from the blockchain space and re-tooling them for the real world. In other words, we're building a way for compatible employers and candidates to both find each other and immediately *trust* each other. We're currently an early-stage startup with an experimental product that needs more real-world testing. That's where you come in. We're looking for some pioneering, self-motivated go-getters to help us grow and improve the world.
