High Criteria Inc., is a privately held corporation that was established in 1998. High Criteria Inc is a recognized leader in the development of PC based audio recording software. The Liberty Recording line of audio, video recording solutions was developed exclusively by High Criteria. Among its other offerings, High Criteria also provides Total Recorder, which allows users to record streaming audio over the Internet.
