HigginsWorks was birthed from a need for quality engineering and excellence in management. It is owned and led by Tasha Higgins, PE, PMP. Tasha has worked collectively in the civil engineering and project management fields for the past twenty-six years. HigginsWorks provides licensed and proficient professionals. Our experience is very diverse and utilizes knowledge from both the public and private sectors.
