Our mission at Hidden Strength is to inspire, resource and move you to unleash your true potential. We are Trish Patterson and Lisa Jacob- two female motivational speakers who deliver keynotes and workshops to your business. We draw on our personal experience to bring you exclusive insights into the mindset, preparation and protocols of elite high performers and their teams from our combined sport, business, leadership, endurance and military backgrounds. Our aim is to inspire you to find more, do more and be more. Our focus is always on actionable takeaways for our audience- a high performance toolbox that you and your teams can implement. We have a special interest in women in leadership, mobilising untapped individual and group energy and potential, and high performance team culture. We also offer one-to-one and team coaching, bespoke workshops and specific leadership training. Whatever the location- whether it is a conference, in-house or off-site, on or off-field, after dinner or before breakfast – we are on hand to help you realise your genuine capability. The image of an iceberg encapsulates exactly what we believe- what is visible above the surface is often what people believe they are, or what they can do. We understand from our own personal experience that we are capable of so much more that we ever thought possible.
