Since 1966, HHHunt has been a family-owned, fully integrated residential real estate company serving communities throughout the Southeast. HHHunt includes three distinct business divisions - HHHunt Apartment Living, HHHunt Communities and HHHunt Homes. Each HHHunt division specializes in a different area of residential real estate. • HHHunt Apartment Living develops, owns and manages apartment communities. • HHHunt Communities develops thoughtfully designed, amenity-rich master-planned communities. • HHHunt Homes designs, builds and sells new construction homes. Together, our divisions operate under a unified HHHunt brand and share a common vision, mission, set of brand promises and values. Across our portfolio, we seek to understand how people want to live and deliver high-quality homes, communities and experiences that address their preferences and needs. With primary offices in Blacksburg, VA, Richmond, VA and Raleigh, NC, HHHunt currently employs approximately 500 people in the areas of community development, home building, apartment development/management and community management. In 2025, HHHunt owned and managed 8,886 apartment homes in 6 states, closed 580 new homes in Virginia and North Carolina and had 9 master-planned communities in development in Virginia.
