A healthy person has a thousand wishes. A sick person has only one. heyPatient is a Swiss mHealth Solution (as a Service) for digital interaction of health care providers and their patients. We offer digital front door solutions (mobile first) for patients and care providers - to help everyone become and stay healthy. Our App acts as a digital health companion that organizes everyday health routine, simplified provider interaction and keeps everything important at hand - in 17 languages. Healthcare providers subscribe to heyPatients‘ service modules and profit from an automated e-admission and process-integrated patients, which receive appointment invites, preparatory tasks and important instructions directly on their smartphone. Navigation to appointment, e-questionnaires & more are part of the service. The personal care network can easily be integrated by the patient him/herself. The heyPatient service is HL7 FHIR-based and integrates easily into all modern CIS/ERP-systems for smooth and automated Patient journeys. Interaction points and -branding elements can flexibly and easily be configured in heyPortal. Our modular functions enable healthcare providers to increase patient guidance and -satisfaction, while automating patient-faced administration. This powerfully saves cost and allows healthcare providers to treat patients better with less resources. Data is safely stored in the Azure Swiss Cloud, data transmission is always encrypted.
