When we first started, the offshore staffing market was flooded with dollar-an-hour virtual assistants, zero oversight, and no reliability to speak of. Business owners were frustrated. Workers were overworked and underpaid - or simply not delivering. No one was winning. We set out to change that. From day one, we invested in people. We built offices, hired local leadership, and paid competitive salaries so our team members could build stable futures. We understood the key difference: when individuals feel supported with proper work environments, management, and care, they produce exceptional work - and clients feel the difference. Our expansion to South Africa allowed us to bring this model to more global areas and industries, all while remaining committed to improving the economic outlook of our team members.
