Fractional Talent Acquisition / Embedded Recruiter - monthly retainers where I can fill roles like an internal recruiter but if needed I can also look at your hiring systems, processes and capabilities. Sourcing & Shortlisting - For early stage companies that can't afford a Recruitment fee, I take the brief, advertise the role, run a search and provide you a shortlist of engaged candidates that are ready to start interviewing. This saves you the cost of advertising yourself and the time of screening applications with bespoke searches and reach outs all done by me.
