Hetman is a Calgary-based development team that builds the systems behind your operations. We started as a web studio. Over the years, clients kept coming back with the same request: "make our tools work together." Today that's the core of what we do. What we do - Custom ERP/CRM and internal tools: inventory across warehouses and stores, order management, role-based dashboards, reporting. Built around how your team works, alongside the tools you already use (Shopify, POS, accounting). - Integrations: more than 70 delivered so far. ERPs (SAP, Bexio and others), fulfillment and 3PL via API, FTP or CSV, payments, shipping, marketing platforms, supplier feeds. Orders, stock and invoices sync on their own, no copy-paste between systems. - AI Rescue: you built your product with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor or another AI tool, and now it needs to survive real users. We audit security (exposed keys, Supabase RLS, auth), set up proper production (backups, monitoring, deployments) and take over development and support. - AI automation: PDFs, invoices and field tickets turned into structured data, Claude/OpenAI pipelines, alerts and bots.
