It all started in 2016, when millennial best friends and self-proclaimed health nuts, Jack Baker and Stefana Prodea, couldn't find the nutritious products they were looking for on store shelves. Their portfolio includes five products: Probiotic Cold Press Juice, Drinking Vinegars, Probiotic Ferments, and Probiotic Bars. They believe that food can and should make a wholesome, healing difference in people's lives, and that people should make a difference in the world: proceeds from Welo's line of products go to building water wells in Kikima, Kenya, and food banks worldwide. Welo is distributed nationally in retailers such as Lobaws, Whole Foods, METRO, and Sobey's.
