HES Information

HES works for the benefit of Australian higher education. We are a not-for-profit company, owned by Universities Australia, that collaboratively develops, coordinates and manages important higher education sector partnerships, solutions and initiatives so that Australian Universities can create a culture of quality, leverage economies of scale and share best practice. We are actively involved in higher education technology partnerships, facilitating a variety of higher education forums, developing a suite of sector-wide benchmarking tools and standards, as well as managing the official tertiary qualification platform, My eQuals. HES has also led and supported a number of significant national projects within the higher education sector.
