Herring Solutions were engaged by a leading Australian retail group to implement a HR Advice Centre solution to service more than 100,000 staff. We conducted site evaluations, established HR Advice Centre structure and resource requirements including recruitment approach, designed performance standards, implemented SLA's, developed IT solutions and managed the Advice Centre implementation. Herring was also engaged by a large Government Department to manage the design and implementation of a 150-seat HR Advice Centre facility, and refine a Shared Services initiative by Corporate HR.We lead a multi-disciplined team comprising technology, process reengineering, human resources, payroll and organisational change expertise. Herring also directed the site design and managed the implementation of automated HR self-service features. Herring Solutions has also provided consulting services to a prominent Australian medical services group to review their Advice Centre service delivery operations in Brisbane and Sydney. A major financial institution engaged Herring Solutions to audit and improve their HR Advice Centre servicing the payroll and HR needs of 36,000 employees and managers. This required detailed CRM and ERP design knowledge, technology development, process redesign and project management implementation skills.
