Tools we're building: Boards, Forms, Chats, Proposals, Projects, Shipments, Approvals, AI-Storage, built-in CRM, and Public Profile. At Heroshot, studios and freelancers can create a workspace, add unlimited studio locations, create sharable mood boards, intake forms (to collect requests from brands), proposals, projects, approval links, etc. They can send shipping requests to brands (in other words ask brands to send products to their studio for a photoshoot). The brand can process it by creating a shipping label, adding a tracking number, or scheduling a product drop-off. Studio/freelancer can export finished work (images) to the Heroshot storage after the project is completed. We’ll automatically tag them. Every tag is like a folder with images that you can share with your potential clients to showcase your work or sync your portfolio with an intake form.
