The Hernando Symphony Orchestra was formed in 1982, with 13 musicians. One of our original members is still with us. Now in its 34th season, our Orchestra has planned programs aimed at presenting musical enjoyment for all. Some of the finest musical talents in the area are members of the orchestra. Our orchestra consists of about 50 musicians who contribute their time and talents to make Hernando Symphony an orchestra that has already made its mark. The concert series of three performances is presented between the months of December and April. Ticket sales and contributions help support our Mission Activities. The orchestra members would like to thank all of you for your support of the arts here in Hernando County. We hope you sit back and enjoy our upcoming season filled with both old and new favorites.
