Two championship golf courses, Cypress Lakes and The Vintage, are within a five minute drive of Hermitage Lodge while four other courses are less than twenty minutes away. Hermitage Lodge's accommodation is not particularly suited to families as each room has just one bed. All rooms on the property have either a deck or verandah offering views over the property's own Shiraz vineyard. Hermitage Lodge's award winningon-site restaurant 'Il Cacciatore' offers diners Northern Italian inspired cuisine nighly from 6pm. Il Cacciatore is fully licensed offering diners a wine list featuring the best of what the Hunter has to offer. Il Cacciatore is available during the day for private lunches, functions and special events with prior arrangement.
