Hermetis is the HR and payroll platform companies use across Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Poland - from one country to all four, in a single system. Each country runs under its own legislation - Sodra, VSAOI, EMTA, ZUS - while HR, working time, and payroll share one data layer and one consolidated view across entities. Three core modules - HR Management, Payroll, and Working Time & Attendance - plus Employee Self-Service, available in Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Polish, and English.
