Since 1976, Hermans Foods have been manufacturing quality products for the retail, food service and commercial industries. We are a privately owned, 100% Australian company with a state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution facility based in Bayswater, Melbourne. Hermans Foods operates under strict HACCP and GMP guidelines, ensuring the highest manufacturing standards are undertaken from start to finish, thereby maintaining our reputation for excellence through Quality Assurance and Food Safety Programmes. Our product range is vast and includes sauces, dressings, jams, toppings, marinades and cordials, to name but a few. As well, Hermans Foods manufacture products to suit varied tastes, budgets and lifestyles, including our "Everyday Range", "Gourmet Range", "Kosher Range" and " Gluten Free Range ". Hermans Foods has been bottling products under the "Hermans Foods" , and "Sovereign Trading " labels, as well as tailor-made, contract manufacturing for individual clients. The company distribution network covers all states Australia wide, supplying supermarkets, hotels, clubs, delicatessens, butcher shops, department stores and fast-food outlets, amongst others. Export demands have also grown, resulting in our products being sold in the U.S., U.K., Germany, Switzerland and Singapore.
