HERITAGE INSURANCE is now providing MOBILE NOTARY PUBLIC SERVICE. We will go to the HOSPITALS, NURSING HOMES, MORTGAGE CLOSINGS, THE OFFICE, THE HOME, and JUST ABOUT ANYWHERE. The service is by appointment only and can be provided at 8:00 A. M. or 8:00 P. M. whenever possible at least 24 hour notice is appreciated, but not required. Many documents are deemed sufficiently important for the law to require a notarized signature. If questions arise as to the authententicity of the signature, there can be legal consequences to the business or person that provides such service. Don't risk having your employees tied up in court or legal proceedings in the event a document is contested. In some cases legal liability can attach if the notary or the notary's employer has a legal interest in the matter requiring the signature.
