Heritage Bindery offers a wide variety of services: rebacking, rehinging, rebinding, conditioning and furbishing of your books. From saving as much of the original binding as possible to completely new rebinding all of our work is hand done in the traditional English craft style. Our Morocco goat skin is from North Africa and our English calf is hand stained and (real) 23 kt gold leaf is used for hand tooling and lettering. There is a large selection of hand marbled papers from England, Italy, and Thailand and book cloths from all over the world as well as a selection of vintage cloth for restoration.
