We are HerGames, dedicated to creating games for her. We aim to develop a series of entertainment games for different female players' age groups, focusing on addressing mental health and social issues they encounter. Our first game, 'Ivy,' targets the growth of adolescent girls and includes overlooked subjects from a female viewpoint, such as menstruation, identity, and emotional trauma. It offers an immersive narrative and gameplay that reflects real-life social issues and challenges. Ivy’ is a story-driven adventure puzzle combat game set in a metaphorical fantasy world. It tells the story from a female perspective, offering a soothing and therapeutic experience. It focuses on personal growth and mental health. Unlike traditional therapy or educational games, 'Ivy' is an entertainment game emphasising enjoyable and engaging gameplay, allowing players to grow alongside with the protagonist. We have innovatively introduced mental health topics into the game. By blending mental health elements seamlessly into the gameplay, we encourage players to reflect on their real-life experiences and adopt a positive mindset. This approach not only enhances the gaming experience but also contributes to the well-being of our players.
