At Here2there (H2t), we help people and organisations progress, connect and thrive – combining human-centred technology with consultancy expertise in people, leadership, organisational development and wellbeing. Our consultancy work focuses on people and organisations. We work with leaders, teams and organisations to understand where they are, where they want to be and what will help them get there. Our work includes leadership and team development, executive and group coaching, organisational development, workplace wellbeing, change, communication and facilitation. We don’t believe in doing development to people. Our approach is highly interactive and reflective, creating the space for people to think, challenge, learn and translate insight into meaningful action. We can deliver standalone interventions or work alongside organisations to design bespoke development programmes around the outcomes they want to achieve. Our technology work is driven by the same philosophy. We design human-centred digital tools that help people communicate, connect, plan, participate and achieve the things that matter to them. Our technology includes platforms supporting person-centred planning and outcomes, communication passports and accessible digital communication and engagement. We work particularly across health, social care, education and the third sector, designing technology around people rather than expecting people to adapt to technology. Across both sides of H2t, our starting point is always the same: people. We bring together lived experience, organisational expertise, coaching, behavioural insight and digital innovation to create practical solutions that make a meaningful difference. Whether we’re developing a leadership programme, facilitating organisational change or building a digital platform, we want to leave people and organisations better equipped to move forward – with greater confidence, connection and clarity.
