(Here) Yoga Information

Set in a modern and architecturally designed space, (Here) is a community committed to providing high quality yoga instruction in a safe, friendly and inclusive atmosphere. We offer various Vinyasa style classes in a warm environment, as well as Yin in a room temperature environment. We have an instructor and an adjustor in our busy classes so you’ll get the most out of your practice, whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi. Our class styles include Level 1 Vinyasa, Level 2 Vinyasa, Level 3 Vinyasa and Yin. We provide change rooms, showers, a water filter, mats, friendly staff, and an awesome community. You don’t need to book in advance, so just bring yourself, a drink bottle, and an open mind.
