Our typical repair response time is the next working day and we hold over 15,000 spare parts in stock for both current and discontinued models. For routine maintenance, you can choose from one of our flexible Service Maintenance Agreements, with the option to mix and match different types of equipment onto a single agreement to simplify administration and reduce costs. In addition to maintenance and repair, our engineers can perform UKAS calibration in line with ISO 17025:2017 standards, or provide standard calibration traceable to NPL standards. We are also ISO 9001 certified, CHAS and Reset accredited. We also offer new and used laboratory equipment at competitive prices.
