Helpline Software Information

We collaborate with 24h hotlines and crisis lines nationwide to develop transformative and meaningful solutions, including setting boundaries for high-volume callers, an integrated shift-scheduling and call-routing platform, a staff/volunteer burnout protection dashboard, multi-lingual support, and many other features. Our community of Helpline Software users are empowered by their technology and dare to challenge the norms of standard call center software capabilities. Typically, crisis line coordinators schedule a free meeting with us on our website, and we explore together whether Helpline Software may be a good fit for their organization. After discussing the specific needs of the organization and the community it serves, we design a highly customized system that brings the coordinator's vision to life. We work closely with the organization to make sure it functions perfectly before going live with the system. We are constantly working on new creative and impactful features & we give our community of user organizations access to those on a regular basis.
