Ralph always knew he wanted to buy, build and sell homes. After completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph with a major in Housing and Real Estate Management, while simultaneously earning his real estate license, Ralph accepted a position with Mattamy Homes. During this time, Ralph built and closed more than 2,000 homes, helping thousands of families along the way. He soon realized that his passion was not in merely building homes, but it was in helping people! He decided to leave Mattamy to start his own custom home building company, where he would have full control over the quality and experience of his clients. Since becoming a professional Realtor nearly 13 years ago, he has passionately helped hundreds of families achieve their home ownership dreams. Ralph is first and foremost committed to his clients and serving their real estate needs. In fact, more than 82% of his business comes from client referrals. With his knowledge and experience, Ralph brings a truly unique understanding of homes and the real estate market to his clients, particularly in the GTA market area, where he lives and raises his family. Its Ralphs vision that brought together the HelpingYouMove team in 2012, which has now sold over 1/4 of a billion dollars in real estate. Ralph is also the proud owner of his own brokerage, Re/Max Hallmark Ciancio Group Realty. His fierce negotiating skills and ability to creatively market homes have ranked him in the top 1% of Re/Max agents in the country. Over the past five years, Ralph has quickly become a sought after Panelist & Keynote Speaker. Ralph has presented to over 7,000 Realtors and Industry Professionals across North America. He is very proud to be able to teach best practices and inspire Realtors to raise the bar in the real estate industry. Ralph is all of this, and a devoted husband and father. He spends his free time playing soccer and hockey, watching funny movies, and enjoying life with his with wife and three lovely kids.
