Helping Hand Helping Hearts Foundation was established by Sue McGregor & Jenny Lloyd as a charitable trust to raise funds to assist in the provision of support, health & education for disadvantaged children, young people & communities affected by situations that often appear hopeless, including poverty & life threatening illnesses. 100% of all donations received go directly to our beneficiaries. We believe that when situations appear hopeless, nothing you do can make it worse, so it’s always worth taking the risk to see if just possibly something you do can make it better! Through our involvement with welfare & charity groups in Australia & our travels through Asian countries, particularly Vietnam, we have seen first hand the impact poverty has on an individual’s ability to access health care & education, particularly in third world countries. Most people are not in a position to provide hands on support to those in need but through working together to raise funds, everyone has the opportunity to become involved. It is our dream to make a difference, however big or small so please help us to bring hope to the hearts and a smile to the faces of those who are suffering. Now in it’s seventh year, this raceday event will SELL OUT in 2016, so ensure you book immediately. The event enjoys use of the prestigious Committee Room in the member’s enclosure at Caulfield Racetrack for this raceday. Your ticket includes the races, entertainment, a two course meal, all drinks – & the always popular candy bar for dessert, deliciously stocked by Sweet As.
