Today, students of all ages, from urban to rural areas, have shown to be more stressed, less focused and struggling with mental health issues now more than ever before. Suicide and murder rates for students are both in the top five percent of all preventable deaths in the US. We at HELP 4 Positive futures, have developed research based mental health education, bullying, suicide prevention programs and mindfulness disciplinary action plans. These programs are to help students focus, lower truency and grow a culture of excellence by lowering stress levels, and providing students with therapeutic options regarding mental health issues. We are in the process of building a social platform to deliver the content nation wide for free, so every child will have the opportunity to heal and deal with resilience.
