The Enliven Wellness Team consists of some of Tampa Bay's finest holistic practitioners. Our team at Enliven Wellness Works has been serving the Tampa Bay area since 1999 and combines over 45 years of experience in the fields of nutrition, fitness, stress management and coaching. We offer a broad array of programs and services focused on lifestyle behavior change, awareness, and knowledge, as well as creating supportive environments. The goal is to promote healthier living by implementing an effective behavior change to help prevent the development or escalation of risk factors into more costly chronic or acute illness, which helps to reduce health care costs and increase productivity and revenue.

Inspired by personal growth and the realization of the need for a higher standard within healthcare, Dr. Peter Amato Ph.D., D.N.M. envisioned a wellness program that would unite both conventional and alternative medicine.
