Trace then computes a wide variety of transformations flexibly and reliably. Since the platform enforces consistency, trust in the data grows and everyone saves enormous time avoiding back and forth on data output variations. We also dramatically expand who can produce and consume valuable data assets. A finance team member can now extend building blocks defined by a data scientist. The future we are enabling is where users with different technical skills can work together in a data-led organization via well-defined workflows and explicit contracts.
