We are industrial real estate developers with a creative mindset. We offer comprehensive and customer-centric solutions to our partners, from land development to building construction and facility maintenance. Since our establishment in 2020, we have built a presence in four locations: Maglód, Fót, Páty, and Alsónémedi, with our sustainable and energy-efficient megaparks. We are actively working on the development of over 1 million sqm of industrial space on a total area of 244 hectares. In Hungary, we are at the forefront of developing sustainable industrial facilities. Accordingly, we were the first to build an industrial property in the country that achieved Excellent certification in the BREEAM sustainability standard’s New Construction category. Several of our buildings fulfill the requiremets of the highest available rating, Outstanding, a distinction met by only 3% of buildings worldwide. Our explicit goal is to continue developing our buildings to the strictest standards in the future, thereby setting a green industry benchmark in the sector. Within our warehouses, our tenants can take control of their own environmental sustainability through our proprietary application, allowing them to contribute to eco-friendly operations. In our megaparks, we support green transportation with electric vehicle charging stations and electric golf carts.
