As a group our identity rests in the rich fabric of Greek culture but is also dependent on the involvement and participation of members who constitute the heart and motivating force of our activities. To date the need to uphold our heritage and forge links with professionals in the UK has been inspirational and continues to be the foundation of our success. In this way, a channel of communication will be established to enable scientists in Greece to explore opportunities abroad as well as expatriate scientists to further support the scientific community in Greece.
