Hellenic Heart for Kids, Inc. Information

Hellenic Heart for Kids is a non-profit organization [501(c)(3) status pending] dedicated to fundraising for children located in Greece or Cyprus whose medical needs can only be addressed within the United States. The organization is run by a group of professionals with Greek and/or Cypriot heritage who feel compelled to provide the possibility of a longer, healthier life to at least one-child-a-year from their homelands. 100% of your donation will go to fund such a child. Donations received through this website will never be used for any administrative costs associated with running the organization nor do any of our Board members take a salary. Every year, members of our board will research and select a candidate either from Greece or Cyprus, under the age of eighteen who requires a life-saving or life-altering procedure, that can only be performed if our organization transports the child to the United States to have it performed. Any monies raised in excess of the goal for our fiscal year will be used to select more candidates.
