HeliuSpace is redefining propulsion for the next generation of satellites. Founded with the mission to make space more accessible, we’re building high-thrust, compact chemical propulsion systems designed to extend satellite lifetimes, unlock lower orbital altitudes, and reduce mission complexity. Our flagship system, Tetra, is a linear aerospike-based monopropellant thruster engineered specifically for CubeSats and similar-class spacecraft. With its unique puller configuration, microvalve-only control, and efficient decomposition of High Test Peroxide (HTP), Tetra delivers up to 4N of thrust in a form factor under 1U—setting a new standard in performance, integration, and autonomy. From early R&D to full mission deployment, we’ve been bootstrapped, lean, and relentlessly focused. Our team combines flight-tested experience in CubeSat systems, aerospace engineering, and fluid dynamics with a deep understanding of the operational challenges in (V)LEO. We’ve validated our concept with academic and commercial partners, and are well into the development of our maiden propulsion system. Backed by a roadmap of scalable innovation, HeliuSpace is already looking beyond CubeSats. Future developments include scaling Tetra for small satellites and returning to our original ambition: apogee propulsion and launch vehicle systems designed to fly as often as commercial aircraft. We're not here to build more of the same—we’re here to build what’s next.
