Jack Jeng has been working on the aerospace (JPL/NASA) and defense industry (L-3/HARRIS) for more than 35 years. The previous company, SubX Inc. , founded by Jack and Stephen Bryen (Under-secretary of Department of Defense in President Reagan's era), was to develop the XLUUV (Extra Large Unmanned Underwater Vehicle) and ISR (Intelligent, Surveillance and Reconnaissances) technologies for the defense industries/market.
