Bob has over 25 years of combined experience in the construction and remodeling industry, engineering and design, custom home building, modular and systems built construction, renovations and home performance. Bob is a native to Maine but actually began his building career while attending school in Atlanta Georgia for architectural design. Bob worked for Saw Horse Construction in the Atlanta area and soon came back to Sanford Maine where he has been for over 25 years building and remodeling in the residential and commercial sector. Some of these builds include his own home, efficiently built with Stucco and foam block with heat radiated floors. As well Bob has experience with historical renovations and design, ADA dwellings and access awarding him several opportunities to work with Maine State Housing (MSHA), passive home and solar designs as well as many other custom projects and renovations.
