Michelin stars, AA Rosettes, Catey Awards and a Egon Ronay Chef of the Year followed. Heathcotes now has two restaurants in Preston's city centre - Italian pizzeria and grill The Olive Press and British and French modern cuisine at Heathcotes Brasserie.
