What kind of well-being? It includes therapy, coaching, reiki, energy work, Ayurvedic healing, nutrition help, health coaching, and more. You’ll find it the perfect, super-affordable spot for your 1:1 work, telehealth, Internet meetings (Zoom, etc.), or even to just catch up on a bit of work. You can bring together small groups in a safe environment for group therapy, seminars, and more: come see our comfortable conference room and spacious meeting space. And all of it is available to you not just during “normal” business hours, but on evenings and weekends as well. We know your work doesn’t always happen between 9 and 5.
