HEART Altadena Information

At HEART, we believe rebuilding is a journey best taken together—one rooted in hope, strength, and community. We're committed to walking alongside our fellow Altadenans, offering support, tools, and connections needed at every stage of the rebuilding process. From free design consultations with creative, personalized solutions to a trusted network of local service providers and meaningful community events, we’re doing more than restoring homes—we’re helping restore lives and strengthening the very heart of Altadena. HEART Altadena is a fiscally sponsored project of Fulcrum Arts' Emerge Program. Fulcrum Arts is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
