Hearing Solution Center Information

Hearing & Balance Solutions is an independent audiology practice serving Charlotte and the surrounding community with comprehensive hearing and balance care. The practice traces its roots to a Charlotte audiology practice established in 1992. In 2014, Goutham Gosu, Au.D., FAAA, established a new ownership entity and continued the practice under the Hearing Solution Center name. In August 2024, the practice was renamed Hearing & Balance Solutions to better reflect its expanded focus on both hearing and balance care. Today, Hearing & Balance Solutions combines advanced diagnostic technology, evidence-based care, and a personal approach. We believe patients should understand their hearing and balance concerns clearly, feel heard, and never feel rushed. Services include comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid selection and fitting, real-ear measurement and verification, tinnitus care, cerumen management, and advanced dizziness and balance testing. We carefully evaluate new technology before recommending it and strive to provide technologically advanced audiology care while treating every patient the way we would want to be treated ourselves.
