Virtually connect to one of our affiliated, certified physicians nearby through your own desktop or smartphone and they will come to you! Lab testing will also be conducted in the convenience of your own home. Healthrive will work with most insurance plans. Our patient care team will help you navigate the treatments and procedures you need while negotiating discounts and reducing your total expense. We’ll provide cost comparisons of various local doctors and healthcare facilities to develop a payment option you can afford. Healthrive is NOT an insurance plan, nor is it a replacement for insurance. It does not meet the essential coverage guidelines under the Affordable Care Act. Healthrive is a member subscription program that provides certain health care services and discounts at participating providers. You will be required to pay for services not included in your Healthrive subscription at the time they are provided. Healthrive will not make any payments on your behalf.
