HealthCoreMD provides 24-hour access to U.S. Board Certified Physicians for the SMB Workforce. Employees, Contractors, part-time or full-time may access our Telehealth Program on a group basis, through their employer. Individual Membership fees are billed “per-month/per-subscriber” for workers who opt-in “payroll deductions”, or employers may choose to cover the cost of the monthly subscription as an employee benefit. Membership includes the “worker” and up to 7-dependent family members at no additional cost. All have unlimited access to our network of U.S. Board Certified Doctors, Pediatricians and Psychologists who consult, diagnose, and may prescribe (non-DEA medications), which are electronically sent to the member’s pharmacy of choice. Doctor visits are conducted through video-chat, mobile app or telephone. And health Insurance is not required, and never billed. There are no doctor co-pays or consultation fees. And sign-up does not require disclosure of social security numbers or proof of citizenship. Members are provided their own HIPAA-compliant “Member-Patient Portal” to access physicians, store medical records, and view prescriptions and treatments prescribed during doctor consultations, which can be downloaded and shared with family physicians. Spanish-speaking Physicians and a fully functional Spanish-member-portal is accessible for members whose second language is English. In addition to General Practitioner Doctor video-chats for routine illnesses, subscribers may communicate via our patient portal with Pharmacists, Dentists, Psychologists, Dieticians, Pediatricians, Ophthalmologists and Specialty Practitioners of Sports and Alternative Medicine. Behavioral Health Telephonic Counseling is accessible 24/7 via telephone to cover issues such as anxiety, depression, family issues, and addictions. Access our team of patient advocates to assist with obtaining second medical opinion and negotiating hospital and outpatient procedure costs.
