In order to maintain our high professional standards, we focus on: -Selecting professional, compassionate interpreters who are dependable and exceed client expectations ; -Providing a comprehensive 60-hour Medical Interpreter Training course that covers a wide variety of topics related to medical interpretation including standards of practice, ethics, confidentiality, and medical terminology; -Providing a cycle of clinical observations – even for those who are already experienced medical interpreters; -Using only certified foreign language translators for all document translations.
