Identify pertinent contractual differences for clients with more than one policy and/or insurance company. Explain policy terms in simple language that the client can understand. Clarify any questions, issues and recommendations regarding the best strategy to use moving forward. Provide a written analysis and a proposed strategy for client review and approval, as clients are active participants, collaborating with Health Resources Consultants in all aspects of the claims filing process.
