HISP Pakistan – Overview of Services HISP Pakistan is a leading digital health organization dedicated to strengthening health systems through technology, capacity building, and data-driven decision-making. As part of the global Health Information Systems Programme (HISP) network, we combine international expertise with local knowledge to deliver sustainable, impactful solutions for governments, UN agencies, and development partners. Our core services include: 🔹 Digital Health Systems – Implementation and customization of DHIS2 and other open-source platforms; integration of vertical health systems; development of APIs, dashboards, and data pipelines to improve interoperability and real-time decision-making. 🔹 Capacity Building – Training frontline health workers, program managers, and provincial MIS/DHIS cells; development of gamified and e-learning platforms; promoting sustainable skills transfer through a “train-the-trainer” approach. 🔹 Data Analytics & Policy Support – Advanced dashboards, predictive analytics, and M&E frameworks to support evidence-based policy; preparation of policy briefs and insights for epidemic preparedness, immunization, and health planning. 🔹 Technical Assistance & Advisory – Guidance on digital health strategies, governance, and data quality assurance; advisory services for governments and partners including UNICEF, WHO, and Gavi. 🔹 Innovation & Research – Mobile health apps, AI-based predictive tools, operational research, and SMS/USSD systems for community engagement and health promotion. 🔹 Project Management & Implementation – End-to-end project lifecycle support including design, stakeholder engagement, rollout, and sustainability planning.
