Health Care Futures was founded in 1996, and today operates out of offices in Itasca, IL, and Edina, MN, where our partners and staff reside. Our focus is to meet the needs of health care executives and board members with innovative business advice. As health care markets consolidate and reimbursement mechanisms change, the pace and pressure of change accelerate. Senior decision makers within health care organizations need to assure that their organizations continue to perform well and often seek rapid and imaginative ideas from seasoned consultants who address a full range of issues and are experts at designing corporate strategy and structure; aligning hospitals, physicians, and insurers; analyzing the details of line-item costs; and preparing useable and useful financial projections.
