We offer only the Best Gourmet Chocolates! The Healdsburg Toffee Company is family-owned and operated. We personally oversee the production in our local facility. The original recipe for our signature toffee instantaneously became the favorite. Due to this popular confection, we soon added more varieties and began to offer our products for sale in local businesses and wineries. We use the finest Guittard chocolate, exclusively, along with the pure ingredients chosen for our recipes, ie: sweet cream butter, pure cane sugar, rich dark vanilla, and fresh nuts. Our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure each piece will be a special treat; remaining consistent and delicious from the first contact on the palate, to the last scrumptious bite. Our toffee pieces, are cut or broken and hand dipped one-by-one in warm, tempered Guittard chocolate. Similarly, each of our recipes has it's own special touch that is carried out by hand.
