Service levels are broken into three categories:Independent Living - Residents that are retired and remain relatively independent. Residents do not require regular healthcare services, although enjoy being in a community that offers high quality amenities and provides access to healthcare when needed. Assisted Living - Residents require a consistent level of healthcare services on a daily basis. The severity of healthcare services varies widely between residents. Healthcare services can be adjusted for each resident as needed. Memory Care - Residents that have had memory loss due to the dementia or Alzheimers disease. These residents require healthcare services 24 hours a day and monitoring as well as a secured location to keep them safe. Headwater Development communities offer high end and comfortable amenities, in addition to resident rental units, which are available for use by all residents on a daily basis. The amenities often include fine dining which serves gourmet meals, social rooms, full service salon and spas, wellness facilities, theaters and chapels. Each community has 24 hour residential healthcare available with a highly qualified staff of physicians and nurses capable of providing a variety of services. Each community also houses a Home Care provider, which is available for regular assistance services.
