Working in the construction industry most of my life I have always struggled with the notion of “this is the way it’s done”. I started Headwater with the belief that as an industry we need to think outside the box, find new innovative ways to build exciting cutting-edge projects that meet our social responsibilities and make financial sense. We understand the complex nature of construction projects and have the owners and investors interest in mind at all times. Depending on the needs and capabilities of our clients we offer a full range of services, including Feasibility Studies, Budget Analysis, Construction Management, and Asset Management to name a few. We specialize in complex multi-family, creative office, mixed-use and historical retrofit projects.
