We host events where local speakers open up about their mental health journeys, followed by open, honest conversations in a fireside chat format. It's real talk in a relaxed setting, designed to make mental health feel less like a taboo and more like a normal part of life. Whether you're dealing with burnout, feeling stuck, or just trying to stay afloat, Headcase is a space to know you are not alone, connect, reflect, and hopefully leave feeling a little lighter. We’re building a movement to destigmatize talking about our mental health one conversation at a time, with plans to grow across Canada and beyond.
